Welcome to our new blog!
We are a busy school in Hampshire. Visit our class blogs to see what we have been getting up to!
Alternatively visit our school website while we are getting our blog pages up and running by following the link.
Are blogs safe and who can read them?
The blogs can be read by anyone as they are publically available on the internet. Anyone can leave a comment on any of the blog posts, however before the comment goes live and is seen by anyone, it will be checked by the class teacher.
We do not include children’s surnames on any of our blogs and will not name children in photos.
Who can write a blog post?
Normally blog posts will be written in class by the teacher and children together. Sometimes children will write a blog on their own, which is checked before it is published. Although children’s posts will be checked, their spelling will remain phonetic as they learn to make spelling choices for themselves. We really want to use our blogs to encourage children to write for a real audience so we would love to see your comments!
If you wish to submit a post for your blog, either speak to your class teacher or Mrs Lucas and we will see if we can add it to the blog. Alternatively save it as a word document and add it to your elocker or upload it to a gallery on Wizkids, remember to tell your teacher you have written it!
